Vice President, Club Business & Analytics, NHL Scott Jablonski is currently Vice President, Club Business & Analytics with the National Hockey League. He and his team serve a central intelligence role for the League and 30 Clubs, analyzing both quantitative data and qualitative practices to develop operational business strategies. Scott and his team manage strategy for NHL Club ticketing, developing ticket pricing (including full arena rescales), organizing regular ticketing workshops for all Club ticketing staff, and providing "best practices" to Clubs related to sales and promotion tactics, broker strategies, ticket resale and vendors. The group also collects all Club revenues/expenses and assembles annual Revenue Sharing awards for Clubs per the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, a document that he assisted in drafting and negotiating with the NHL Players' Association. He regularly meets with the NHLPA to discuss business matters affecting the League and its players, such as the NHL Industry Growth Fund which assists Clubs with in-market development projects, and the NHL Business Plan Review process that diagnoses where Clubs can improve their business and ticketing operations.
