As an Analyst in Ticket Strategy, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to implement and execute ticketing strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Learn, articulate, and implement our unified ticketing principles
-Lead recurring client meetings, developing relationships with stakeholders
-Manage deadlines and execution of client deliverables through research, analysis, and leveraging internal tools/technologies
-Compile findings and prepare executive-level presentations and communications
-Apply technical and analytical skills to solve problems
-Manage day-to-day execution of strategic accounts across Eventellect’s portfolio, including partners throughout MLB, NHL, NBA & MLS
