We are seeking a visionary and experienced Business Development leader to expand our NBA portfolio. This strategic leader will focus on fostering deep client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the adoption of unified ticketing strategies within the NBA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior-level business development roles, combined with extensive industry knowledge and exceptional leadership capabilities. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Strategic Business Development-Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision to grow Eventellect’s NBA portfolio.-Identify high-impact business opportunities and pursue key partnerships to expand Eventellect’s footprint in the NBA market.Executive Client Relationship Management-Build and nurture long-term relationships with NBA teams, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for unified ticketing strategies.-Represent Eventellect at industry conferences and meetings, positioning the company as a leader in the ticketing space.Market Leadership and Strategy-Analyze NBA market trends and industry shifts to inform strategy and identify innovative growth opportunities.-Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding both internal teams and external partners in navigating the evolving ticketing landscape.Team Leadership and Collaboration-Lead cross-functional collaboration between Business Development, Data Science, Product, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.-Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.Negotiation and Proposal Development-Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-level proposals to NBA partners, highlighting Eventellect’s unique value proposition.-Lead complex negotiations to secure agreements that drive long-term success for Eventellect and its partners.Performance Monitoring and Reporting-Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.-Regularly report progress to senior leadership and recommend course corrections as needed.
