Gaurav Verma is a second-year MBA candidate on the Finance Track at MIT Sloan and a Content Team Co-Lead for the 2023 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. Prior to Sloan, he spent four years in Investment Banking at Morgan Partners, a FinTech focused boutique, after graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a double major in Economics and Political Science. This summer, he is working as an Equity Research Analyst at Eventide Asset Management. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golf, ice hockey, and listening to country music. He grew up in Lincoln, MA and is a die-hard Boston sports fan – especially of the six-time Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots.
