Grace is the Sports Careers and Recruiting Lead for the 2024 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and a 2nd year MBA student at MIT. This past summer, she interned with the Boston Consulting Group in their New York City office. Prior to Sloan, Grace worked at Fanatics on the A/B Testing and Experimentation team. She graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Statistical Science. Grace is a fan of the San Francisco Giants, Duke Blue Devils, and the USWNT.
