Isabella is the Sports Careers and Recruiting lead for the 2025 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and a second year Leaders for Global Operations student, pursuing an MBA and MS in Civil and Environmental engineering. This summer and fall she interned at Johnson & Johnson Vision in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to Sloan, Isabella worked at Apeel, a food waste prevention startup, and at Microsoft, as a design for assembly engineer.

She graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team. Isabella is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and every other Philly sports team!
