Dr. Asad Siddiqi is an Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center with board certification in rehabilitation medicine and primary care sports medicine. He specializes in the comprehensive management and prevention of acute and chronic sports injuries in the clinic and on the sidelines. He currently serves as Team Physician for the City College of New York, The Hackley School, and the United Nations International School. Dr. Siddiqi completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at New York University Medical Center – Rusk Rehabilitation, and sports medicine fellowship at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas. As a specialist in the fields of sports health and functional performance, Dr. Siddiqi’s clinical and academic work is focused on sustainable athlete development for elite sport performance and lifelong sport participation.
