Co-Founder and Executive Director, Shooting Touch
Lindsey Kittredge is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Shooting Touch, Inc. an international nonprofit that uses the power of sport to educate and empower at-risk individuals and their communities to live healthier lives. Founded in 2007, Shooting Touch, Inc. has positively impacted the lives of more than 25,000 youth and adults across three continents and seven countries.
Shooting Touch currently operates two signature sport-for-development programs simultaneously – one in Boston, MA and the other in Eastern Rwanda. Each day the organization serves over 1,500 youth and women and indirectly impacts an additional 7,500 individuals by increasing access to physical activity and providing health intervention and educational services.
Kittredge was recently a featured speaker at the International Olympic Committee’s Olympism in Action Forum in Buenos Aires, Argentina and adding to the organization’s global recognition recently received the 2018 Global Health and Well Being Award from Beyond Sport.
Kittredge played Division I lacrosse at the University of Vermont, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development and Nutrition. She is married and the mother of two young daughters.
