Senior Vice President, Games Delivery Revenue, LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games
Allison Katz-Mayfield has spent her career driving business strategy through the use of data and analytics in the sports, healthcare and legal industries. In her current role at LA28, Katz-Mayfield leads the ticketing, hospitality and food & beverage strategies, as well as hotel negotiations for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In 2021, her team helped ink the global hospitality partnership with the International Olympic Committee, International Paralympic Committee, LA28, Paris 2024 and Milano Cortina 2026 with Endeavor’s On Location. This first-of-its-kind deal centralizes the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality program across properties, organizing committees and Games. Katz-Mayfield joined LA28 in August 2019.
Prior to LA28, Katz-Mayfield spent five years at the NFL as Senior Director, Club Business Development, where she leveraged analytics to support Club executives in all aspects of their business operations. In another first for Katz-Mayfield, she worked across the League and its 32 clubs to launch a centralized data warehouse for all club ticketing data that has served as a blueprint for other Leagues to follow. For her work, Katz-Mayfield was honored by the NFL as a runner up for the League’s prestigious Commissioner’s Award.
Katz-Mayfield began her career with the Analysis Group and worked at StubHub for two years in pricing and supply at the then leading secondary ticket marketplace in the world.
In recognition of her impressive career and contributions to the industry, Katz-Mayfield was named to Sport Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Class of 2022. She is a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management (MBA) and Cornell University (BA, Psychology and Economics) and is a seasoned guest speaker for university and industry conferences. Committed to giving back in sports and the community, Katz-Mayfield also serves as a mentor and volunteer for multiple non-profits.
Katz-Mayfield resides in Los Angeles and has been a New England Patriots season ticket holder for over 25 years.
