Brady Ulloa

Business Intelligence Manager, Real Salt Lake & Utah Royals

About

Brady Ulloa found an early passion for soccer and played growing up in Utah and attending Real Salt Lake games from their inception in the league. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors degree in Statistics with a minor degree in Business Management. Shortly after graduating, he was able to land an internship with Real Salt Lake primarily delivering ticketing revenue reports and was the first data-minded individual hired in the organization. Covid-19 then struck the sports and entertainment industry and all that remained in the ticketing budget was for fan service reps. He transitioned into a full-time service rep until they could fully build out a ticketing department again and once that was complete, could then transfer into a Full-Time BI role. Since joining Real Salt Lake (and now and organization that includes the Utah Royals), Brady has helped the organization take the next step in reporting and analytics usage and has developed a sophisticated tech stack, the latest edition being the partnership with KAGR (Kraft Analytics Group). The future is bright with Real Salt Lake & the Utah Royals and in the near future will be a force to be reckoned with in the Business Strategy & Analytics space. Brady is leading the charge in building out a Strategy department now within the organization and is hoping to find other data-centric folks to join him in using data to create new revenue streams for the organization.
