Vice Chair/Owner, Indianapolis Colts
Carlie Irsay-Gordon joined the Colts as vice president in July of 2008 and, along with sisters Casey and Kalen, represents the next generation of ownership for the club. Raised in and around the Colts organization, Carlie interned with the Colts in the football and marketing departments while pursuing her undergraduate degree. She also has represented the team at NFL Owners Meetings since 2004. In August of 2016, the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell added Carlie to the league's Digital Media Committee. As the only active female member of the committee, she is responsible for setting strategies and policy related to digital initiatives across the NFL and clubs. Carlie graduated with a bachelor's degree in religious studies with a minor in geoscience from Skidmore College in 2005. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Zach Gordon, and three children.
