Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the NFL
Christine Dorfler is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the National Football League.
Christine reports directly to Commissioner Goodell and leads the NFL’s Finance and League Strategy functions. Dorfler works with the NFL’s senior leadership team along with its 32 clubs and dozens of business partners to continue positioning the league for long-term growth. A 21-year veteran of NBCUniversal prior to joining the NFL, Dorfler was most recently the CFO of NBC Sports. There she oversaw all NFL media partnerships as well as contracts with the International Olympic Committee, NASCAR, English Premier League, PGA TOUR, college football and college basketball. She had a significant impact in modernizing NBCUniversal by expanding to a digital/streaming model. Prior to her role at NBC Sports, she was the CFO of the NBC and Telemundo Owned Television Stations. Dorfler joined NBCU from GE, where she was a member of the Junior Officer Leadership Program, as well as the Financial Management Program. A United States Army Veteran who served four years as a Military Intelligence Officer, Dorfler supported NATO operations in Bosnia and Albania. Dorfler graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University, where she was a four-year starter on the Division I Women’s Lacrosse team and is now a member of the Board of Trustees. She received her MBA from Drexel University. Dorfler resides in New Jersey with her husband, Brian and three children.
