Head of Data & Analytics, National Hockey League
As the NHL�s Senior Vice President of Fan Engagement, Analytics & Research, Curran Raclin serves as the head of the NHL�s fan engagement (CRM) and analytics practice entitled BLADE, leveraging consumer insights, fan and ticketing data analytics and database management to fuel innovative marketing and sales strategies, drive marketing effectiveness and gain an in-depth understanding of the behavior and trends of fans of the NHL and its 32 Member Clubs. Prior to joining the NHL in 2018, Raclin served as Vice President of Sales Operations & Analytics at The Madison Square Garden Company. At MSG, Curran led ticket operations, pricing, analytics and customer data management across all ticket, hospitality and partnership sales and service business units. Raclin also designed and built MSG�s first-ever internal customer data profile and behavior and interaction tracking server, systems beneficial to the Ticket Sales and Service and Fan Development departments.Before joining MSG, Raclin was the Senior Consultant of Delivery, Implementation and Strategy for Green Beacon Solutions, where he expertly helped design scalable customer ticketing demography analytics and a marketing engine for numerous clients. As the Senior Operations Analyst with the Boston Red Sox, Curran oversaw day-to-day operations of club market research and spearheaded CRM integration with Ticket Sales and Services, Fan Services, and Fenway Enterprises departments which provided front-end CRM user support and training. Raclin earned a B.A. in Theology from Boston College and resides in Jersey City, New Jersey.
