Head of Talent Strategy, Citadel
Justin Pinchback joined Citadel in 2016 as the Head of Talent Strategy and Solutions. In his role Justin manages a team focused on Citadel's most pressing people related initiatives, including the identification and attraction of the world's best talent. In addition, Justin and his team focus on Performance Management, Retention and Professional Development. Prior to joining Citadel, Justin was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bridgewater Associates. During his career Justin also worked for organizations such as Bain & Co. and Goldman Sachs. Justin holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
