Liz Boardman is a Senior Client Partner in the Global Sports Center of Expertise for Korn Ferry, where she leads executive searches, talent consulting, and organizational assessments for national and global sports leagues, teams, and brands. She specializes in searches focused on diversity, with specific focus on the growth of women executives in sports. She also works regularly with colleges, universities, foundations and other nonprofits focused on education and community development. Prior to joining the executive search industry, she served as a business development and client relations director for the Advisory Board Company. she began her career as a teaching fellow and coach with the Coalition of Essential Schools, funded by the Gates Foundation. She received her B. A. from Georgetown University and her M. A. in Leadership from Harvard University, where she was the recipient of the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Leadership in Education Award and Merit Scholarship.
