Matt has spent the last 5 years at Fanatics where he is the SVP of CRM. He oversees the company’s global efforts in customer loyalty, insights, email, credit card marketing and gift cards. The mission of the CRM team is to leverage Fanatics’ position as the global leader in licenses sports merchandise to help strengthen the connection between league and team partners and their fans. Prior to Fanatics, Matt spent 10 years at Best Buy in executive marketing roles ranging across customers insights, loyalty/CRM, promotional planning and event marketing as Best Buy transformed itself to a customer centric business. Matt began his career in the banking industry serving in marketing and regulatory compliance roles.
