Founder, DECADE Course Management System
Scott Fawcett is unique to the golf world, as not only did he play professionally, but he also holds three quantitative degrees. To improve his own game, Scott spent years analyzing target optimization utilizing a numbers-based strategy like professional poker. This led to the creation of DECADE Course Management System, which has solved golf strategy by combining shot distribution patterns and PGA Tour scoring statistics. Good players know if a pin is closely guarded by a lake to favor the center of the green – but how much? DECADE quickly generates the optimal target that will produce the lowest score based on distance, hazards, and hole location.
DECADE golf has taken off, used by PGA Tour Professionals such as Bryson DeChambeau, Will Zalatoris, Stewart Cink, Maverick McNealy, and Doc Redman. Twelve players have won USGA titles since Scott has stated teaching DECADE, and female members of the DECADE App have won the Women’s British Open, Women’s U.S. Amateur, Women’s NCAA Individual Title, and Augusta Women’s Amateur.
Scott played college golf for Texas A&M prior to playing professionally, caddies for many of his DECADE players, and is based in Dallas.
