Vice President of Fan Strategy & Experience, PGA TOUR
As Vice President of Fan Strategy & Experience, Travis Trembath leads the PGA TOUR’s global efforts across fan analytics, research and insights, customer experience as well as first-party data strategy. His centralized team of analysts and researchers merge fan intelligence from cross-channel behavioral analytics with more than 30 annual quantitative and qualitative research studies to impact decision-making across the TOUR, while driving innovation in its overall fan strategy. Travis has also successfully implemented an enterprise CX platform which is enhancing the PGA TOUR experience for fans across engagement touchpoints, including TV and streaming, digital, social content, and live events.
Trembath joined the PGA TOUR in 2011 after previously holding positions within Target Corporation and General Mills in business analytics and brand management, respectively. Prior to becoming the Vice President of Fan Strategy & Experience, he held various leadership positions within the TOUR’s Corporate Partnerships and Marketing departments.
Trembath received his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business after earning his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics at Gustavus Adolphus College. A native of Minnesota, Trembath is a proud father of three (Georgia, Oliver, and Sloane). Along with his wife (Nikki), they reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
