Assistant Professor, CSU East Bay
Joseph Kuehn is an assistant professor of economics at CSU East Bay. He received his Ph. D. in economics from UCLA in 2015, as well as a B. S. in mathematics from UCLA in 2009. His current research is in in the fields of industrial organization and applied econometrics, where he studies how firm competition plays out across interconnected markets. His current applications of this work include the retail banking market and the expansion of bank branch networks and bank product lines, externalities in sports labor markets, and the interactions between auction markets.
