Justine Brown serves as VP of Creative Development and Talent Relations at TOGETHXR, where she helps lead one of the most influential brands in women's sports.
With a rich background spanning both sports and entertainment, Justine brings over a decade of experience to her role and a wealth of lasting and deep relationships among some of the world’s most influential athletes and entertainers.
In her capacity at TOGETHXR, Justine utilizes her creative instincts across various facets of the business to play a pivotal role in propelling the brand's growth through impactful storytelling, innovative commerce and meaningful top-tier talent partnerships. These efforts ensure TOGETHXR maintains its position at the forefront of cultural relevance and influence in the industry.
Prior to her tenure at TOGETHXR, Justine spent 10 years in the entertainment business as a Digital Brand Manager for Oscar and Grammy winner Jamie Foxx, as well as tv personality Nicole Richie, spearheading projects for her personal brand and her fashion brand House of Harlow 1960. She also served as a digital producer on multiple tv shows including The X Factor, Candidly Nicole on VH1 and Beat Shazam on Fox.
Justine's career in sports began in broadcasting at Fox Sports Radio and for USC Football, before transitioning to a digital role with the Los Angeles Clippers and a producer role at the NFL Network.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Justine got her start in women’s sports under the mentorship of legendary basketball coach Pat Summitt, serving as a manager for two National Championship runs. A passionate advocate for the business of women's sports, Justine has had a courtside seat to witness the tangible growth over the last fifteen years.
