Senior Vice President of Consumer Strategy at NASCAR
With over 25 years of motorsports experience, Kari Gritton has held leadership roles at Daytona International Speedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway, and Michigan International Speedway, driving key initiatives that have shaped the industry.
Kari helped spearhead some of the most transformative initiatives for NASCAR, including the $400 million redevelopment of Daytona International Speedway. She was also a driving force behind the launch of the NASCAR Sales Academy, developed the admissions strategy for the Clash at the LA Coliseum, and established the NASCAR Data Strategy team to redefine the role of data in fan engagement and business operations.
In her current role, Kari oversees admissions across all NASCAR-owned tracks, leading ticket operations, sales, and service teams. She is deeply involved in developing strategies to expand NASCAR’s fan base and drive revenue growth.
Outside of work, Kari enjoys time with her husband, Jay, and their two daughters, Khloe and Jessica.
