Co-Founder and Managing Director, Navigate As a co-founder of Navigate Research, Stefanie leads the primary research division, which has developed the industry standard measurement tool for the effectiveness and impact of sports sponsorships. Stefanie also leads the Sponsorship Activation team at Navigate, as well as the qualitative research division, which has received national attention for the development of innovative studies, including a current one that is quantifying the emotional experience via BioMetric feedback of fans who attend live sporting events versus those who watch at home. Her current clients include ESPN, Wasserman Media Group, LG, The Arizona Lottery, USAA and Southwest Airlines. In addition to her role at Navigate, Stefanie serves on the Board of Directors for the Positive Coaching Alliance, ASU's Sports Business Association and Chair's INSPIRE, a mentorship program at Florence Crittenton, a Phoenix group home for teenage girls. A native of Phoenix (and an XCP alum), Stefanie has a B. S. in Exercise and Sports Science from George Washington University where she competed on their top-25 volleyball team, a M. A. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a M. B. A. in Sports Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
