Speaker Profile

Steve Weinman worked for the Chicago Bulls for the past 13 seasons, serving most recently as Vice President of Basketball Strategy and Analytics (and de facto court jester).  A role that included leading the team's basketball analytics efforts, managing the salary cap, and scouting pro personnel and amateur prospects gave him the chance to touch all aspects of the roster construction process.  Originally from Long Island, N.Y., Steve graduated from the University of Missouri and can typically be found eating his way through Chicago's restaurant scene.
