Doug Watson is the Head of Business Strategy for Global Esports at Riot Games and is responsible for expressing the voice of the player through data, providing expertise in media measurement, and assisting in the product and strategy development of esports. As leaders in the esports space, Doug and his team work across the industry to create a healthy and sustainable ecosystem for esports and have been the driving force behind standardizing industry metrics, competitive integrity measures, and development of the competitive play data ecosystem.
Previously, Doug served as the VP of Data Solutions at Havas Media where he developed analytic and data capabilities for a range of clients including Fidelity, Hyundai Kia, Air France, and more.
